Mobile Banking For The CFO On The Go

THE CHALLENGE

Through technical expertise, cooperation, and a partnership built on trust, we developed Bankdata’s Business app Mobilbank Erhverv for iOS and Android. A banking app for the CFOs on the go.

Bankdata is an IT organization with more than 650 employees. It delivers digital banking solutions to 11 Danish banks, e.g. Sydbank and Jyske Bank. The 11 banks constitute the owners of Bankdata.

On June 18 2015, Bankdata released the app Mobilbank Erhverv for iOS. Since then, they have received very few complaints from its many users, which indicates the high quality of the app.

Later on, Bankdata released the app for Android. We assume that the Android users are as happy with the app as the iOS users are.

A MANAGEMENT TOOL TO THE BUSY CFO

With Mobilbank Erhverv, the business clients of the 11 banks can check their accounts and approve payments when they are on the go.

Bankdata’s clients had a need for an app exclusive for business clients. Therefore, Bankdata asked us to develop a mobile banking solution that could function as a management tool for busy CFOs.

GETTING A CLEAR OVERVIEW OF TASKS

Bankdata has made an extensive analysis of users ect., as preparation to our development of Mobilbank Erhverv. For instance, they have interviewed the future users of the app to gain insight about their needs.

This has given us a very good starting point for developing an app that fullfills the users’ expectations.

One of the features of Mobilbank Erhverv is ”Approve Payments”. It only shows the payments that the users have a mandate to approve, and therefore allows a clear overview of tasks.

This differs from Netbank Erhverv where you see all the company’s payments that needs approval.
