MELVA Pro is a digital multi-utility platform that helps utility companies monitor meters across their supply area. Alarm setup and management make it easy for technicians to gain an overview of the operational status of the entire supply network as well as service delivery to individual customers.

The system integrates with the utility company’s meters and collects meter readings, alarm codes, and more. It also supports configurable logic for calculated alarms-for example, for monitoring electricity or district heating quality. Everything is managed through a simple user interface that provides clear insight via alarm lists, maps, and graphs.

The system’s intelligent alarms provide daily notifications to utility technicians about the condition of both the supply network and customer installations. If outages or fluctuations in supply quality occur, the technician is immediately alerted and can inform the customer right away.
